1. Purpose of Advance Payment
The advance payment made is considered a token or booking amount to confirm your interest in the product/service. It is not a confirmation of immediate stock availability or service initiation unless expressly communicated in writing.
2. Non-Refundable Clause
- All advance payments are strictly non-refundable, except in cases where The Good Men Enterprise is unable to fulfill the order due to reasons beyond its control (e.g., product discontinuation, unavailability from official supplier).
- Change of mind, delayed purchase, price drops, or finding a better offer elsewhere does not qualify for a refund.
3. Validity of Advance Payment
- Advance payment is valid for a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
- If the balance payment is not cleared within this time frame, The Good Men Enterprise reserves the right to cancel the order, and the advance amount will be forfeited without further notice.
4. Product Pricing and Stock Confirmation
- Prices and availability are subject to change based on market conditions, vendor pricing, and tax implications.
- Advance payment does not freeze the price unless explicitly confirmed via official quotation or invoice.
5. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery will be scheduled only after the full payment is received.
- Any delays due to logistics, supplier dispatch, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of The Good Men Enterprise.
6. Cancellation and Changes
- Cancellation by the customer will lead to complete forfeiture of the advance amount.
- Any changes in product configuration, model, or quantity will be treated as a new order, and a revised advance may be required.
7. Mode of Payment
- Advance must be paid via authorized payment modes only (Bank Transfer, UPI, Card, or Cash at Store).
- Payments must be acknowledged with a proper receipt, failing which the company shall not be liable for unrecorded transactions.
8. Warranty and Service
- Warranty, if applicable, is as per manufacturer terms and starts from the date of invoice, not from the date of advance receipt.
- Services, customizations, or installations associated with the product will be billed separately unless bundled.
9. Disputes
- In case of any disputes, the decision of The Good Men Enterprise shall be final.

10. Acknowledgment
By making the advance payment, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions without exception.
